Sometimes you have to think of safety over service. There is a hoarding home in my stake and the hoarder
has a mental illness and was being evicted for treatment. For whatever reason, the Church got involved to move stuff out, help out/etc (not my ward, so I don't remember all the details).

The YM president happens to be employed as a safety specialist at a local industrial facility and got permission to use some of his employer's equipment. With hazmat suit and SCBA, he went in and did some air checks and and inspection.

Came back and told the Bishop nobody from the ward, under any circumstances, sets foot in there. Not only did they have the hoarding hazards, but also there was alleged meth use and a considerable risk of hauntavirus from all the rodent feces.

Sometimes you have to draw a line in the sand.
