The app uses geolocation to recognize when you are close to the restaurant/store. When i am about 100 yards away i always get a notification that says "pickup Curbside or In-Store".

I click 'in-store' and then it gives me the official mobile order number and that's when your card is charged. They also email you out a receipt saying they have charged your card.

That's why the "Mobile App Support" lady said I need to contact the bank.
