I understand BYU beat Tenn in OT. BYU also lost to Toledo.
The Vols won 7 of their last 8 (6 P5 teams) and have the number 10 recruiting class with 13 four stars. The program is trending up. Probably a top 20 team in 1 or 2 years.
Remember BYU had the 78 ranked recruiting class with zero 4stars. I don't think you can say BYU is better than Tenn, just like you can't say Toledo is better than BYU.
Just being the devil's avocate.
