I think a general quarantine is futile. They should quarantine the high risk
Populations. You aren’t going to prevent a widespread pandemic so protect the vulnerable.
Elderly and high risk folks should be quarantined and the healthy should continue to work and live life.
That said. I’m debating going on a family vacation for spring break but am hesitant to buy plane tickets anywhere because of all of this.
