The problem is that my income is totally unaffected to this point
and I don't expect a change in the near future. The demand on my company's services isn't impacted. Workers are impacted, but we're doing our best to accommodate that more and more each day.
There are other people who need it more than people like me need it. Having $1000 or $2000 extra won't impact my spending and I'd guess that a lot of people are in my position. Of course, I have no viable solution to effectively filter out those of us who don't need it, but I'd be in favor of one if it exists.
