because they still had their job, but were on a 0 hr schedule. My question is, how are we using the definition of a "lost job". Is it not working in a position that you had, but would have to reapply for to get it back, like usual? or is it working a 0 hr schedule, but with the promise of going back to your job when the shelter in place is released? or are both under the "lost job" umbrella?
