Nothing has changed with the Coronavirus Bill since the market closed yesterday, but Trump’s address took place after the market closed.

For those who actually listened to Trump’s address, it was basically God-sent from an economic standpoint (and probably the opposite from a medical standpoint). He basically said that he is going to open up the economy in a week or soon thereafter despite what his medical team is advising him. The 2 hour Q & A section hammered this point over and over.I was fully expecting a surge in the market this morning as a result. I’m not sure why it’s so surprising.
