When pressed about if he was following the guidance of his medical experts and whether they agree with opening things up again, he stated that he considers what they say, along with his other experts, and uses his “computer” (pointing to his head) to make the best decision. I thought it was pretty clear that he is doing his best to balance the recommendations of his medical experts against those of his economists, etc.
