Riddle me this: Japan has one of the lowest infection rates in the modernized...

world.  How'd they do it?  They closed schools but most of their restaurants and businesses are still open.  That's not supposed to be possible according to the "close everything down and everyone shelters inside for 3-4 weeks" crowd.

It appears that most of what they did was selective quarantining/isolation of groups of people they thought were infected.

Most of Oklahoma is still "open" with, I think, only 2 deaths.  We'll see what happens.
