I assume today is incomplete. Might be better to look at yesterdays new cases.
Not sure how much that changes things since I have no idea what yesterdays numbers were.\
But as a purely mathematical exercise, even if it is 2% growth rate per day, that would mean a doubling every 36 days or thereabouts, so lets round off to doubling once a month. If we follow that growth rate we get to 20 million cases in about 10 months.
