anyway and like you said, the fact that she was telling the front desk that she wasn't coming in, seems like there could be a pretty good argument there. (it is ironic that she was the one that thought it was so "stupid" that we were still open and yet she complains that she was the one laid off temporarily. Little bit of entitlement with her, but I do like her and she is a good employee when she is here)
