Stimulus bill--I got a tidbit in an market update email. Apparently if you
already filed your 2019 taxes they use that. Otherwise, use 2018.
I had heard before that using 2018 regardless so appears that's not the case. I guess in this case may have been good to be a procrastinator (if income went up).

this doesn't make sense to me - for me it made much more sense to send the money to everyone and then use everyone's
