Well, if it went above the 150K household or somewhere between 150 to 189.
If it stayed under 150 households for both years then it won't matter. If it was above 200K for both years it wouldn't matter either.

this doesn't make sense to me - for me it made much more sense to send the money to everyone and then use everyone's
