The only thing that bugs me that they did nothing to adjust for the loss of
personal exemptions after the Trump tax law changes. It was a de facto tax increase, but they want to pretend that nothing has changed.
We all know they would have certainly made an adjustment if the federal tax law changes had actually reduced Utah taxable income.

Utah never adjusted to account for Fed tax reform thus raising their take from filers. Why should we pay more taxes?
