misadventure in surgery; had splenectomy and lacerated hemidiaphragm and pneumothorax with subsequent empyema and all sorts of bad stuff that you can imagine would happen to an 80 y.o. lady over 400 lbs. Well, after some 4 weeks in the ICU, the family still held to the belief that their mom had been touched by the blood of Jesus and would be healed.

If that was Jesus' blood, you can count me out.
