get this loan the day I open and pay their full salary beginning the day I get the loan?

For example, my employees are not currently working so say I tell them right now to go collect their unemployment (which will cover 100% of their salary under the new act). Then, say we open up on May 1st. I then begin paying them their full salary and get my forgivable loan. I continue paying them for the whole 8 week period until June 30th, at which point I will have my entire payroll for May and June forgiven.

If I do that, I will have 3 months of my payroll covered by the government, rather than just 2 months if I do the loan now.
