Worth a shot in any symptomatic patient imo.. speculated to help more
Early in disease course.
You get to icu care /ARDS I doubt it does a thing.. but nearly everything I heard is it’s being given to all patients sometime during hospital course
Personally I would take it the second I spiked a fever or was short of breath - even before testing
