For *incredibly flawed* charts they have 0 experience with.
Is there a pandemic? Yes. Is the world response helping one area more than it's hurting others? Not even the experts know.

Every time I see someone share data (especially of total number if infected), I roll my eyes. Especially if they say the word exponential. And every time someone equates "flatten the curve" with saving millions of lives I roll them harder. All flatten the curve purports to do is keep the rate of infections from overwhelming the medical system. They don't understand that the area in both graphs they look at is the same. Even if the simulation graphs are accurate, people will still get infected in both scenarios. The difference is in the rate of spread, and in our ability to ramp up response (which will save lives, but probably not to the orders they claim).
