to all unemployment benefits to whatever they would have normally gotten from the state. That is an additional $18.75/hr when going by our employee’s 32 hr work week. That is on top of the $200-$550 that the state already provides ($8-$17 for our 32 hr work week). So our employees will all be making $26.75 - $35.75 for an entire week of not working.
I am happy for my employees since I have a personal relationship with them, but it still all feels off.
