They should just schedule the NCAA tournament in April with closed gyms.

Test every athlete, referee, and media personnel before the event with anyone positive sitting out (continue weekly tests for teams that advance. You could give the teams of tested negative players a week to prepare, then hold the tournament in empty gyms in one centralized location. Televise the games. All the athlete's classes are already online and every hotel room in the country has wifi. Also, it's not like any meaningful progress is going on for players bound for the NBA. Also, give a 90 day waiver for anyone who signed with an agent.
