I wake up and remember it's still happening, which makes me feel kinda sad. I check the news and the numbers, which sometimes gives me hope, but more often does not.

During the day I spend time working from home and with family. I spend time reading and praying and pondering while I walk around in the wonderful spring weather. I feel more hopeful. Yesterday was especially nice.

Then I wake up the next day and it starts over.
