Its not immunity rather the weak have already died of the thousands of other calamities, diseases and ailments we take for granted as not being issues in the first world.
Third world families live with the risk of life threatening disease all the time because they lack access to treatments, we are just getting a small glimpse of what there lives are like with Corona.
