Their explanation for cutting MD pay made sense, since the MDs and NPs will
need to being willing to move around to areas of need. As much as it sucks, it doesn't make sense to pay people who aren't working.
What doesn't make sense is to cut the pay of nurses from what they normally make. If nurses are taking a pay cut while working the same or more than before, then the admin should also get a pay cut.
