Solid 6 (8 if you're drunk)
Before, around 15k/day avg. Now, just under 19k. With the gyms closed, I'm spending less time lifting stuff, but
more time exercising since I've eliminated drive time, having to get kids to school, etc.

After - I'm up about an extra 2500 steps a day - helps that we got a dog.

15 K per day which is a 7% decrease from February. I can only tolerate road running so much per day.

Steps are better than no steps, but cardio is better than steps

I never monitor steps - just activity levels.
