No, Rise was a culmination of Force Awakens, it was not an epic conclusion to a
to a much bigger saga. If it were it would have made A LOT more money. Kathleen Kennedy, JJ Abrams, and Rian Johnson saw to it that it was the ultimate anti-climax of all time.
