pretty sure I had it as well - I was travelling internationally in late Feb
During the trip I developed a fever that quickly turned into a tight, painful cough. I treated it with over the counter meds and continued with my work/meetings. I really only felt horrible for 24 hours, but the cough lingered for awhile. When I got home my 5 year old got sick with fever and cough - lasted about a week.

For all I know, it could have been the regular flu. But I believe that for every confirmed case there are 8-10 asymptomatic or mild cases like mine. Which means the mortality rate is MUCH lower than reported or projected. The data models that we have are worthless if you don't know the denominator.
