bad thing about Strawberry, they have all those regulations. So, the nice 17"-21" fish we caught we had to throw back. I was hoping to reel one in around 23"+ but that just didn't happen. I filleted the keepers and we'll be eating them tonight with some rice. I may cook them up on the grill since the weather is pretty good here. I usually put some butter, lemon pepper and Lawry's spices on them but I may steam them with the rice. Strawberry fish have that awesome red meat that looks like salmon cuts.
Dang, I might have to go up to Jordanelle. I wish I had a boat. I love Kokanee meat!
