ReyOso Intervention Needed

We just borrowed 2T dollars backed by a non-functioning economy, and we'll have to do it again in a couple of months. May as well just run the printing presses a la Venezuela.

A year from now we'll have a vastly bigger debt and a crippled economy to service it.
