Regardless, I don't think tourism will be functioning yet by then.

I think there will be many restrictions on flights, quarantines in place, airlines struggling to get planes in and out of airports, and the like. If the virus suddenly went away, Croatia would be delighted to take them, but I don't think we're out of the woods by August.
