This wouldn't be the same profile at every school of course. BYU's women's

sports actually draw paying customers quite well. Some women's sports outdraw some men's sports. I highly doubt BYU's baseball team turns a profit. Obviously, football pays the bills at most schools but some smaller schools lose money on football too. Football is an expensive sport to run.
