I’ll grant that he has done a much better job since he finally realized in mid-March that he couldn’t just bluster and lie his way through the pandemic and make it go away magically. In the last few days he has especially seemed to get it. But his pathetic performance before this, when we wasted critical months of preparation time, means that he doesn’t deserve to be mentioned with the heroes.

In fact, Tucker Carlson and the two doctors are in this poll in large part because of the critical role they played in getting POTUS to finally get over his denial and start taking this thing seriously.
