It highly depends on the situation.

If you go to a park, sit on the bench, use the public equipment, then yes. If you drive up the canyon and go for a hike in isolation, no. My experience here in SF is that public spaces are very busy now because everyone is walking everywhere. Places I normally go in the Presidio for a relaxing and isolated hike now have people you're passing every ten seconds on narrow trails.
