This isn't the banks fault, but I see so much conflicting information for the rules. The two most pertinent:
1) Can people apply for both the EIDL and & the PPP Loan? I've heard definitely yes, up until today I heard it officially changed and now people can't apply for both.

2) I see conflicting information for independent contractors. I've heard that employers can use independent contractors' wages as part of their PPP loan, but then I've seen documentation saying they actually cant, and that independent contractors have to do it for themselves.

If they do that though and the employer does that, will that them come back on the employer saying they didn't fully match their previous payroll and now they don't get it all forgiven?
