we let people make their own decisions. they know the risks now. if you're young and healthy and want to go to work
then go to work. If they don't want to take the risks and stay home, then they can (and they can suffer the economic consequences.... no reason for everyone to suffer economic consequences because some don't want to go back to work)

Then... if the hospitals start filling up, we ask for social distancing again.

On, then off, then on again....until we have a cure or vaccine.

if a county/state/region has a decent number of empty hospital beds, their people should be allowed to work.
