the fact is that San Francisco and California shut down early and the fact is their death count has been way below projections. My daughter lives in SF and when they closed it down, I thought they were crazy. It looked like typical liberal overreaction to me. Now, it appears like a brilliant move. Keep in mind that SF has the second most dense population in the US behind NY, has a large Chinese population, is on the west coast which is much closer to Asia.
I'm a guy who wants the economy to open up ASAP and I think we've overreacted by shutting down the entire economy. But I recognize success when I see it and that would be California and SF vs. Corona (so far. knock on wood)
