Kids run small fevers all the time for minor things
Only way I would get on board with that is if the airlines had a no questions asked rebooking procedure that didnt cost extra.
Right now. Traveling with a family is so expensive and you have to jump through hoops to make changes to an itenerary without paying big bucks.
