Yeah, my son had a temp of 102 or so for about 3 days. It would come and go with medicine. No other symptoms.

Unless you consider growing almost an inch a symptom. Not exactly sure how much was during those three days, but they like measuring themselves pretty regularly and he is noticeably taller.

Yep. My kids run fevers when they don’t even know it. Usually lasts for a couple of hours and then goes away
