We tried to talk to him multiple times throughout the day but so much harder to get good info when you’re not there to meet with the doctors.

Eventually I started calling the lead nurse twice a day and spoke with them as well as the therapists and the case worker and relayed information to my mom regularly. Every time she got an update herself she misinterpreted was was told to her so it was much better for me to get those updates directly.

It’s not easy for anyone to be in the hospital right now but wishing your mom and dad and the rest of your family the best.
