I think you needed a few weeks get ventilators, PPE into hospitals, but I'm

hoping they start to slowly open things up. Maybe certain areas (open restaurants in Utah county or Davis county) and see how that goes. If it goes well, start opening more things up. At some point, we need herd immunity built up. We can't count on a vaccine to do that.

Obviously throughout all this, the old and vulnerable need to self quarantine.
