If this theory is correct, the COVID virus is essentially taking the place of oxygen in red blood cells. This is akin to carbon monoxide poisoning and has nothing to do with 5g - 60ghz radio wave interference with O2.
This process of oxygen starvation would explain death, as well as damage to critical body organs. It would also explain the poor results from intubation and the positive results from HCQ, which acts to counter the virus attaching to red blood cells / hemoglobin.
