"Play outside". They have shut down many parks and recreation areas altogether
while severely restricting entire counties. Kane County recently prohibited all non-residents from recreating at all in any part of the county (hiking, biking, etc). It's chock full of wide open federal land. I'm guessing they aren't the only ones.
