There will definitely be different peaks of covid and non-covid issues which is
restrictions will be gradually lifted and not all at once. Hospitals, dental clinics, and many other service related professions will see a huge surge in patients/clients who have put off surgery, dental care, medical imaging and other tests, therapy, etc... and this will tax the our healthcare infrastructure in a similar yet different way when compared to Covid-19. Adding to this, many physicians will be working with increased demands on lower pay as hospitals are looking to cut pay now due to the decreased revenue. This is going to take a long time to work itself out.
