who hasn’t covered his music has no class?

I had never heard of the guy, so I just googled him. Sorry he’s dead. I read an article about his life and career. It’s no wonder I hadn’t heard of him or any of his songs. I don’t like country music, and that’s what it sounds like most of his songs and collaborations were. I hadn’t even heard of the majority of artists the article I read mentioned as having worked with him or sang his music.


The song you posted... I’d never be able to get to the meaning of the lyrics because the style was so off putting to me. If you’ve got an example of a song that’s not so countrified, I’d be happy to listen.
