Only 12% of the reported deaths for COVID-19 had a positive test in italy and 88% were given the COVID-19 death because they 1- were in a hospital where Corona Virus existed, 2- had symptoms of COVID-19 (which are similar for other illnesses). Here in the US, we are being similarly generous in that hospitals have been directed to count deaths as COVID-19 if the person suffered those symptoms even if they didn't have a positive test. Our numbers, all the numbers are inflated.
