If only the glass guy would've used lower reflective glass.....

the "Indy falls into the pit of snakes and comes face to face with a cobra" scene. Oh, and if the crash guy would've better hidden the ram thingee that caused one of the big trucks to flip on its side. Those are the two biggest, but they really don't hurt the film at all!
