Jury is out. It's at a vacation rental, so gets more abuse, and has in fact had
an issue or two. Tough to say if it's the abuse or unreliability; one issue we do know is mostly abuse (apparently a kid swung on the door and bent the hinge, so you've got to manhandle the door to shut it now).
