Queen isn’t laying. Anyway, I’ve always installed swarms or packages. I wasn’t prepared for how ticked off the nuc was going to be when I installed it (had to do it frame by frame). I’m excited for the results, but they were so upset I didn’t even check the nuc for the queen.
I’m excited for the queen I installed as well. I’m going to keep that hive locked down for at least a week. I’m going to buy some pollen and feed them sugar water for that week. Hopefully the swarm takes to her.
