Yes, comparatively. It's all relative.

If you go to Utah, you have people doing your homework for easy majors because you think your life will continue to be easy because you are good at sports (because you are dumb enough to believe that). And therefore the yewt APR is high. Yewt life skills is low though.

No. I was on a team that had 50% RM's and we had a perfect APR score 2 years in a row.
