It was actually an extraordinary play by the Nebraska safety.
The play was run beautifully and the receiver (I wanna say Houk?) was right where he should be, wide open. The safety just sniffed it out. If the safety didn't make a fantastic play, that pass is a TD.
Yes, Hill should have seen him and changed his decision, but it's understandable.
