I have worked with three small and one large. I'll take large.
I my experience with big companies I have seen:
Bigger salaries
Better Benefits
Less hours
Better Resume building
This obviously varies in each company and what job you do, but smaller companies seem to have a cool work place environment in place of actual benefits.
